- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly, and we will notify you if your order may be delayed.
- Custom Orders: Custom printed items require additional production time. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

Branding by Design offers several shipping options. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-21 business days for international orders.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping is available for an additional charge. Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days domestically and 5-10 business days internationally.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
